# The wider digital product estate

## Answer summary

Beyond the AI systems, Digital Bridge runs a broad digital product estate across hospitality, equine, healthcare and non-profit clients. These builds are grouped by engineering requirement — booking logic, media performance, structured data and accessibility — rather than by industry category. Client: Multiple clients. Sector: Mixed — hospitality, equine, veterinary, healthcare, non-profit. Engineering class: Digital product & web engineering.

## What problem was this solving?

A marketing site is usually presented as a design exercise. In practice the difficulty is elsewhere: booking rules, heavy media that must still load fast on a phone in rural Ireland, structured data that answer engines can read, and accessibility that stands up to scrutiny.

## What did we build?

Jo McAteer, Forever Home Sanctuary, Riversdale House, AI Triangulate, Equi Consignment, RCP Psychotherapy and Time To Change — grouped by what the engineering actually required.

- Jo McAteer — a national-profile celebrant estate carrying press coverage and enquiry flow.
- Forever Home Sanctuary — a non-profit estate built around donation and adoption pathways.
- Riversdale House — hospitality presentation with booking intent as the primary conversion.
- AI Triangulate — a product surface for an AI positioning concept.
- Equi Consignment — an equine consignment marketplace with media-heavy listings.
- RCP Psychotherapy — a healthcare practice estate with animated hero and strict accessibility requirements.
- Time To Change — a campaign-led estate with animation as a core communication device.

## What does it integrate with?

The integration surface technical buyers ask about.

- Enquiry and booking capture routed to the client's own inbox and CRM where one exists.
- Structured data emitted per page so answer engines can read the offering.
- Media pipelines tuned for mobile-first delivery on Irish mobile networks.

## How does the system actually work?

The decision path in order. Client-confidential detail is deliberately excluded.

- 1. Model the intent — Enquiry, booking, donation or listing — one primary action per estate.
- 2. Engineer the media — Lazy loading, poster frames and deferred sections so animation is not paid for on first paint.
- 3. Emit the structure — Schema per page type so the offering is machine-readable, not just visible.
- 4. Prove the vitals — Mobile-first performance validated before launch, not after complaints.

## What made it hard?

The real engineering constraints on this build.

- Animation is a communication tool and a performance liability at the same time; every animated hero in this group is lazy-loaded and poster-framed.
- Healthcare and non-profit estates carry a higher accessibility bar than a typical commercial site.
- Media-heavy listing pages must still hold Core Web Vitals on a phone.

## What was the outcome?

Live client estates across seven sectors. Individual client performance figures are not published without written permission, so none appear here — the work itself is viewable on our work page. No measured performance figures are published for this engagement because the client has not authorised their release.

## What capability does this demonstrate?

Engagement band: Web engineering entry bands.

- Performance engineering for media-heavy estates
- Structured data and answer-engine readability
- Accessibility to a healthcare-grade standard
- Booking and enquiry flow design

## Is web design still part of what you do?

Yes. It is the entry band of our range rather than the limit of it. The same team builds the production AI systems, which is why the web estate holds up technically.

## Why group these by engineering rather than by industry?

Because the industry label tells a buyer nothing about capability. Two hospitality sites can differ by an order of magnitude in engineering difficulty; grouping by what the build actually required is more honest and more useful.

## Can we see these sites?

Yes — live, animated captures of several of them are on our work page, including Equi Consignment, RCP Psychotherapy, Time To Change and Printhouse.

## A note on what is published here

Case studies on this page describe work Digital Bridge delivered. Client-confidential detail, credentials and internal data structures are deliberately excluded. Where a client has not authorised publication of measured figures, outcomes are described qualitatively rather than quantified — we do not publish numbers we cannot evidence. ## Evidence

- Verdé Environmental Group — 24/7 AI incident triage with severity classification, Eircode geolocation and four-depot dispatch routing → https://digitalbridge.ie/industries
- tools.digitalbridge.ie — 50+ shipped production tools, including the Website Worth Index and the DigitalBridge Authority Score

## How delivery is de-risked

- Seven-day shadow-mode pilot before any system takes live traffic.
- Full source-code and prompt ownership transfers on final payment.
- EU-hosted infrastructure, provider training disabled, signed data processing agreement.
- Fixed price against a signed scope — no hourly meter and no open-ended exposure.

## FAQ

### Is web design still part of what you do?

Yes. It is the entry band of our range rather than the limit of it. The same team builds the production AI systems, which is why the web estate holds up technically.

### Why group these by engineering rather than by industry?

Because the industry label tells a buyer nothing about capability. Two hospitality sites can differ by an order of magnitude in engineering difficulty; grouping by what the build actually required is more honest and more useful.

### Can we see these sites?

Yes — live, animated captures of several of them are on our work page, including Equi Consignment, RCP Psychotherapy, Time To Change and Printhouse.

### How much does an AI integration project cost in Ireland?

Digital Bridge prices AI work in bands: an AI feasibility assessment from €5,000 (grant-eligible), a baseline production build from €15,000, multi-system agent workflows at €25,000–€60,000, and enterprise programmes from €40,000 to €100,000+. Small-business website builds start at €499. Every engagement is fixed-price against a signed scope.
