Digital Bridge is an Irish web design and AI integration studio based in Gorey, Co. Wexford. ## Who we are Digital Bridge Ireland (DigitalBridge.ie) is an independent Irish digital agency based in Gorey, County Wexford, providing web design, SEO, ecommerce, AI automation, hosting and digital marketing services. The data controller is Digital Bridge Ireland. You can contact us at info@digitalbridge.ie or 085 224 1848. ## Data we collect - Contact form data: name, email, phone number, company, message content. - Newsletter subscriptions: email address and consent timestamp. - Analytics data: anonymised pageviews, referrer, device type, country. - Cookies: see our Cookie Policy. - Payment data: processed directly by Stripe — we never see your full card details. - Account and project data: assets, credentials and content you share to deliver the project. - Call recordings: audio of inbound and outbound telephone calls with our team, plus the number, date, time and duration of the call — see section 5a below. ## Lawful basis for processing We process your data under one of the following GDPR lawful bases: - Contract: to deliver services you have engaged us for. - Consent: for newsletters, marketing cookies and optional tracking. - Legitimate interest: to secure our site, prevent fraud and improve our services. - Legal obligation: tax, accounting and statutory record-keeping. ## How we use your data - To respond to enquiries and quote requests. - To deliver and support contracted services (web design, SEO, automation, hosting). - To process payments via Stripe. - To send service updates and, with consent, marketing emails. - To measure site performance via analytics. ## Third parties, processors and subprocessors We use carefully selected EU and global processors. Each is GDPR-compliant and bound by a Data Processing Agreement: - Hosting & infrastructure: Cloudflare, Supabase, Lovable Cloud. - Payments: Stripe. - Email delivery: Resend / SendGrid (transactional). - Analytics: Google Analytics, anonymised first-party analytics. - Embedded content: YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps may set cookies when loaded. ## Recording of telephone calls Telephone calls to and from Digital Bridge Ireland may be recorded. We tell you at the start of the call that recording is taking place, and you can ask us to stop recording or to continue the conversation by email instead. Why we record. Recordings are used only for: Lawful basis. Recording is carried out under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests): our interest in maintaining service quality, keeping an accurate record of commercial instructions, defending legal claims, and protecting the health, safety and dignity of our employees. We have assessed these interests against your rights, we do not record more than is necessary, and we do not use recordings for any purpose beyond those listed. Where a call is recorded for a purpose that requires it, we will instead rely on Article 6(1)(a) consent, obtained at the start of the call. Sensitive content. We do not intentionally record special-category data or full card details. If payment details are given by phone, that portion is not retained. Access and storage. Recordings are stored securely with access restricted to the director and authorised staff who need them for the purposes above. They are not sold, used for marketing, or published. Retention. Call recordings are retained for 6 months and then deleted, except where a recording is relevant to an active complaint, billing dispute, insurance matter, employment matter or legal claim — in which case it is retained until that matter is finally resolved. Your rights. You may request a copy of a recording of your own call, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to the processing, under section 7 below. Where the recording is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, we may retain it despite an erasure request, as GDPR permits. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or contact us by email — we will always offer a written alternative. - Quality assurance — reviewing the standard of service we provide. - Training — coaching our team using real examples. - Accuracy of instructions — confirming scope, approvals, quotes and agreed changes discussed verbally. - Dispute resolution — evidencing what was agreed if a billing or scope dispute arises. - Protecting our team — investigating and evidencing abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Digital Bridge staff, and supporting any action we take under section 13a of our Terms & Conditions or our health and safety duties as an employer. ## Data retention - Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact. - Client project data: duration of contract + 7 years for tax compliance. - Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. - Analytics data: up to 26 months in aggregated form. - Call recordings: 6 months, or until any related dispute or legal claim is resolved. ## Your GDPR rights You have the right to: To exercise any right, email info@digitalbridge.ie. A baseline production build typically runs eight to twelve weeks from signed scope to go-live, including a seven-day shadow-mode pilot before the system takes live traffic. Multi-system programmes are sequenced into phases so value lands before the full programme completes. ### Can Irish grant funding cover this work? Often, yes.
