# Authority Website Package — from €4,250

## Answer summary

For businesses competing in crowded Irish markets that need depth: content clusters, technical SEO and AI-search visibility. Pricing is a starting figure and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% on launch (40/30/30 on larger builds).

## What is included

Everything below is included in the Authority package as standard.

- 20+ pages including topic clusters and case studies
- Technical SEO, internal linking and schema architecture
- AI-search readiness (llms.txt, citation-ready answers)
- Booking, quoting or portal functionality where needed
- Ongoing SEO retainer available from €650 per month

## Who it suits

For businesses competing in crowded Irish markets that need depth: content clusters, technical SEO and AI-search visibility. If your requirements sit between two packages we will tell you honestly which one is the better value rather than upselling.

## Compare the full range

Brochure from €1,200. Growth from €2,500. Authority from €4,250. Custom from From €5,000. SEO retainers start at €650 per month and can be added to any package.

## What Authority is for

Authority is the build for businesses competing directly against larger firms — typically professional services, multi-service trades and companies selling into Dublin from outside it. It extends Growth with deeper content across each service area, stronger internal structure, and the trust and credential material that longer, higher-value buying decisions require. From €4,250, with builds running to around €9,500 depending on scope.

## Content depth is the actual difference

The visual difference between Growth and Authority is modest. The commercial difference is content: pages that answer the questions a considered buyer asks before enquiring, written specifically rather than assembled from templates. That takes time to produce and is the main reason for the price gap. We write it with you in structured sessions rather than sending a blank questionnaire.

## Timeline and involvement

Five to eight weeks is realistic, and it needs more of your time than the smaller packages — usually two or three working sessions to extract what you know that your competitors do not publish. Projects that stall at Authority level nearly always stall on that input, so we schedule it up front rather than chasing it later.

## What comes after launch

Authority sites benefit most from continued work, because the content structure gives an SEO retainer something to build on. Retainers start at €650 per month. If you would rather stop at launch and reassess in six months with the analytics in front of you, that is a legitimate plan and we will set the tracking up so the decision can be made on evidence.

## Trust material and why it does the selling

At higher price points buyers check credentials before they enquire. Authority builds make room for accreditations, memberships, insurance and qualifications, presented as verifiable facts rather than badges. We publish only what can be evidenced — no invented awards, no borrowed statistics, no fabricated testimonials — because a claim that fails a two-minute check costs more than the absence of the claim would have.

## Common questions at this level

Is this overkill for a single-location business — often yes, and Growth at €2,500 is then the honest answer. How much of my time will it take — expect two or three working sessions plus review rounds. Does the price cover ongoing SEO — no, retainers start separately at €650 per month, and we would rather that be an explicit decision than a hidden inclusion.

## When €4,250 is justified and when it is not

The authority tier is for competitive markets where depth decides ranking: twenty or more pages, topic clusters, internal linking designed rather than incidental, and schema across the site so AI assistants can quote it. If you are the only supplier of your service in a small town, this tier is overspending and the growth tier will do. If you are competing in Dublin against established firms, the smaller tiers rarely move.

## What the extra pages actually contain

Not filler. Each cluster page answers a question buyers ask on calls, with the answer written in the first paragraph so it can be cited. We build the cluster from real enquiry language rather than keyword exports, then link it so the commercial pages benefit. Larger scopes are invoiced 40/30/30 across signature, midpoint and launch.

## AI search visibility on this tier

Assistants quote pages that answer a question in the first paragraph, carry consistent business details, and expose structured data. On the authority tier every page opens with a direct answer, the organisation and service schema is generated from one source rather than pasted per page, and a markdown mirror of each page is published for agents that prefer clean text. That is engineering, not a guarantee: no supplier can promise a citation in an AI answer, and anyone who does is guessing.

## What the first month looks like

Week one is research and structure: enquiry language, competitor gaps, and the page map you sign off before writing starts. Weeks two and three are writing and build. Week four is technical work, schema, internal linking and measurement setup. You see a live preview link from week two and comment directly on it rather than through email threads.

## FAQ

### How much does an AI integration project cost in Ireland?

Digital Bridge prices AI work in bands: an AI feasibility assessment from €5,000 (grant-eligible), a baseline production build from €15,000, multi-system agent workflows at €25,000–€60,000, and enterprise programmes from €40,000 to €100,000+. Small-business website builds start at €1,200. Every engagement is fixed-price against a signed scope.

### How long does a production AI build take?

A feasibility assessment runs three to five weeks. A baseline production build typically runs eight to twelve weeks from signed scope to go-live, including a seven-day shadow-mode pilot before the system takes live traffic. Multi-system programmes are sequenced into phases so value lands before the full programme completes.

### Can Irish grant funding cover this work?

Often, yes. Enterprise Ireland's Digital Discovery Grant funds up to 80% of an eligible feasibility assessment, and Digital Process Innovation funds up to 50% of eligible implementation costs. Local Enterprise Office schemes cover smaller digital projects. Eligibility is decided by the funder, never by us.

### Who owns the code and the prompts?

You do. Every engagement transfers full source-code and prompt ownership on final payment. Systems run on EU-hosted infrastructure with provider training disabled and a signed data processing agreement. There is no vendor lock-in and no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying us for.
