## Answer summary

A fast, mobile-first brochure website for sole traders and new Irish businesses that need to look credible and be found locally. Pricing is a starting figure and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% on launch (40/30/30 on larger builds).

## What is included

Everything below is included in the Brochure package as standard.

- Up to 5 pages, custom-designed (no templates)
- Mobile-first build and Core Web Vitals tuning
- Google Business Profile setup and local schema
- Contact form, click-to-call and enquiry routing
- Full ownership of the code — no monthly rental

## Who it suits

A fast, mobile-first brochure website for sole traders and new Irish businesses that need to look credible and be found locally. If your requirements sit between two packages we will tell you honestly which one is the better value rather than upselling.

## Compare the full range

Brochure from €1,200. Growth from €2,500. Authority from €4,250. Custom from From €5,000. SEO retainers start at €650 per month and can be added to any package.

## Who the Starter build is genuinely right for

Starter suits a sole trader or small local business that needs a credible, fast presence and will win most of its work through Google Business Profile, referrals and word of mouth. It is a small site done properly rather than a large site done cheaply: correct page titles, a mobile layout that works on a poor signal, tappable contact on every screen and analytics so you can see what is happening. From €1,200.

## What it deliberately leaves out

Starter does not include a large content programme, ongoing SEO, ecommerce or custom functionality. If you need to rank against active competitors for commercial search terms, Starter will not get you there on its own and we will tell you that before you buy — Growth from €2,500 exists for exactly that gap. Upgrading later is straightforward; the build is not thrown away.

## Timeline and what we need from you

Two to three weeks is typical, and the critical path is almost always content rather than build. What slows projects down is waiting for photographs, service descriptions and decisions about what the business actually offers. We supply a short brief to work through, and we can write the copy for you as a separate item if that is the blocker.

## Ownership and what happens afterwards

The domain and hosting are in your name, and you keep the site if you leave. Payment is a 50% deposit and 50% on launch against a signed scope. After launch you can maintain it yourself, ask us for changes as needed, or move to an SEO retainer from €650 per month — there is no obligation to any of the three.

## Search and AI visibility at Starter level

Starter ships with the technical groundwork that lets both search engines and AI assistants read your business correctly: a unique page title and description, structured data covering your name, address, phone and opening hours, a clean URL structure and an XML sitemap. That is enough to be found reliably by name and by the obvious local search, which is what most Starter clients need. It is not a competitive SEO programme and we do not present it as one.

## Common questions at this level

Can I edit it myself afterwards — yes, and we show you how before handover. Will it work on an old phone on a weak rural signal — that is the case we build for, not a fast desktop. Do I need to pay monthly for anything — hosting and the domain renewal, nothing else is compulsory. Can I add pages later without starting again — yes, the structure is built to extend rather than replace.

## Who the €1,200 brochure tier suits

Sole traders and new businesses that need to look credible, be found locally, and take a phone call. Five pages is enough for most trades: home, services, about, area covered and contact. It is not enough for a business that needs several service landing pages or a blog engine, and we will point that out on the call rather than stretch the tier.

## What happens after launch on this tier

You get edit access and a short recorded walkthrough, so text and image changes do not need us. Hosting can stay with us or move to you; either way the domain is registered in your name. Ongoing SEO is optional and starts at €650 a month — most brochure clients do not take it in the first year, and we do not push it.

## What is deliberately excluded at €1,200

No blog engine, no multi-language build, no e-commerce and no bespoke integrations. Those are excluded because including them at this price would mean template work, and a template that has to be replaced in a year is more expensive than the right tier now. If your enquiry needs any of them, we quote the growth tier from €2,500 rather than stretch the brochure build.

## How long a brochure build takes

Ten to fourteen days from content handover is typical. The clock starts when text and images are with us, not when the deposit clears, because waiting on copy is what delays most small projects. To speed that up we run a thirty-minute call and write the first draft ourselves, then you edit rather than face a blank page. Payment is 50% on signature and 50% on launch, and there is no monthly rental attached to the build.

## FAQ

### How much does an AI integration project cost in Ireland?

Digital Bridge prices AI work in bands: an AI feasibility assessment from €5,000 (grant-eligible), a baseline production build from €15,000, multi-system agent workflows at €25,000–€60,000, and enterprise programmes from €40,000 to €100,000+. Small-business website builds start at €1,200. Every engagement is fixed-price against a signed scope.

### How long does a production AI build take?

A feasibility assessment runs three to five weeks. A baseline production build typically runs eight to twelve weeks from signed scope to go-live, including a seven-day shadow-mode pilot before the system takes live traffic. Multi-system programmes are sequenced into phases so value lands before the full programme completes.

### Can Irish grant funding cover this work?

Often, yes. Enterprise Ireland's Digital Discovery Grant funds up to 80% of an eligible feasibility assessment, and Digital Process Innovation funds up to 50% of eligible implementation costs. Local Enterprise Office schemes cover smaller digital projects. Eligibility is decided by the funder, never by us.

### Who owns the code and the prompts?

You do. Every engagement transfers full source-code and prompt ownership on final payment. Systems run on EU-hosted infrastructure with provider training disabled and a signed data processing agreement. There is no vendor lock-in and no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying us for.
