Brochure websites start at €1,200, the Business Site package at a fixed quote and the Authority package at a fixed quote. Ecommerce builds start at €6,000 and SEO retainers at a fixed monthly fee. AI integration projects start at €2,500 for a single workflow. Every figure is a starting point confirmed in writing after a short scoping call, with 50% deposit and 50% on launch.

What moves a quote from one band to the next?

Six variables account for almost all of the difference between a fixed quote build and a fixed quote one. In our experience with Irish mid-market organisations, the last one on this list is the most frequently underestimated.

Systems integrated

Each additional live system — ERP, CRM, PMS, finance, telephony — adds integration, authentication and failure-handling work.

User population

Uptime and response time

Business-hours best-effort costs less than a 24/7 system where a failed classification has real operational consequences.

Data volume and quality

Clean, structured, accessible data is the cheapest input to an AI build. Unstructured, duplicated or paper-based data is the most expensive.

Compliance scope

GDPR always applies. EU AI Act risk tier, sector regulation and audit requirements each add design, documentation and testing work.

Legacy migration complexity

Integrating with a modern API is routine. Integrating with an on-premise system that has no API is the single most common cost driver in Irish mid-market AI projects.

Fixed price is a procurement advantage, not a sign of small scale

Do you still build small-business websites?

Yes, and these prices are unchanged. This is the entry band of the ladder above — not the limit of what we build. It appears here so that neither ladder can be quoted as though it were the whole range.

Brochure / Presence

A credible 5–7 page website for a small business that needs to exist properly online. Typical delivery: 2 to 3 weeks A lead-generating site with the content depth and SEO foundation to compete locally. How much does an AI integration project cost in Ireland?

Digital Bridge prices AI work in bands: an AI feasibility assessment from €5,000 (grant-eligible), a baseline production build from €15,000, multi-system agent workflows at a fixed quote, and enterprise programmes from €40,000 to a fixed quote. Small-business website builds start at €499. Every engagement is fixed-price against a signed scope.

Why does Digital Bridge publish bands instead of asking people to contact us for a price?

Because a band with stated assumptions can be checked, compared and approved. 'Contact us' cannot. In our experience Irish buyers shortlist before they enquire, and an answer engine cannot cite a price that was never published. Every band on this page states the number of systems, user population, uptime requirement, data assumption, compliance scope and migration complexity it assumes, so you can locate yourself on the ladder before you speak to us.

Yes. Brochure sites still start from €499, Growth from €1,500 and Authority from €2,995. That ladder has not been withdrawn — it is the entry band of our range rather than its ceiling, and it sits on this page alongside the AI engagement bands so neither can be mistaken for the whole picture.
