What does AI integration actually mean at Digital Bridge?

How do GDPR and the EU AI Act shape every integration?

Any system that processes personal data on a business's behalf is subject to GDPR regardless of how it is described, so we document what data flows in, what is stored, for how long, and who can access it, for every integration we deliver. A free, upfront estimate for AI integration would require guessing at your business’s actual processes, which tends to produce either an unrealistically low quote that grows once the real complexity appears, or an inflated one padded to cover uncertainty. Neither is fair to you. This matters more for AI integration than for something like web design, because the right system genuinely differs enormously between businesses, even within the same sector, based on things like current software, team size and customer volume. The discovery assessment gives you a clear, honest picture of what is realistically achievable and what it would cost, based on your actual business rather than assumptions. It also means that if AI integration turns out not to be the right fit for you at this stage, we can tell you that honestly, rather than pushing a system that will not deliver real value.
