Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Digital Bridge Ireland services to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or malicious content. We may suspend services that breach this policy and reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement.
1. Prohibited content and activities
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing or threatening material.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other IP rights.
- Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported immediately.
- Malware, phishing, spyware or other malicious code.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email or scraping in violation of third-party terms.
- Adult content where prohibited by hosting providers we use.
- Gambling or financial services operating without a required licence.
2. Security and integrity
- No attempts to breach security or access unauthorised data.
- No use of services to launch denial-of-service or other attacks.
- No reverse-engineering or attempts to extract source code we have not provided.
3. Resource use
Hosting and automation plans assume reasonable, business-appropriate use. Sustained abnormal load may require an upgrade or be throttled.
4. AI / automation usage
AI agents and automations we build for you must not be used to generate misleading, deceptive or unlawful content, impersonate individuals without consent, or evade third-party platform terms of service.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Where required we will cooperate with An Garda Síochána and other lawful authorities.
