Why these documents exist

This section holds the policies that govern how Digital Bridge operates as an Irish business: the terms under which we take on work, how we handle personal data under GDPR, how this website uses cookies, and how we disclose the use of AI-generated imagery and AI-assisted content in line with EU transparency expectations. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

Contracting and payment terms in brief

Work begins from a signed scope. Standard terms are a 50% deposit with the balance on launch; larger builds run 40/30/30 across scope, build and launch. Prices quoted are starting points from the published ladder and are confirmed in writing before anything Full detail, including intellectual property and cancellation, is in the terms and conditions rather than summarised here.

Data, AI and your rights

We are the data controller for enquiries submitted through this site and a processor for data we handle on client projects. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. Where images on this site were generated with AI tools we label that fact, and where AI assists in drafting content a person reviews and edits it before publication. Nothing on the site is published unreviewed.

Keeping these documents current

Policies are reviewed when the law changes or when how we work changes, and each carries its own last-updated date rather than a single site-wide one. Where obligations under GDPR or the EU AI Act evolve, we update the relevant document rather than adding a blanket disclaimer. If something here contradicts a signed contract you hold with us, the contract governs.
