Deposits

Deposits secure your project slot and fund initial discovery, planning and design. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellation before project commencement

If you cancel in writing before any work has started, your deposit is refundable in full minus any transaction fees already incurred.

Milestone payments

Larger projects are billed in milestones. Each milestone covers a defined block of work. Once a milestone is delivered and accepted, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.

Digital services policy

Under Irish and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital services typically does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent. By accepting our proposal you confirm this consent.

Subscription cancellations

SEO retainers, hosting, maintenance and AI-agent subscriptions can be cancelled with the notice period stated in our Cancellation Policy. Payments already taken for the current billing period are not refundable.

Partial refund conditions

In exceptional circumstances — for example if we are unable to deliver agreed scope — we may issue a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered work. This is assessed case by case.

Delays caused by the client

Where a project runs beyond its agreed timeline because of client-side delays, the fee already paid is not refundable on that basis. Holding a slot, environments and project management open for an extended period is a real cost to us. Reactivation of a dormant project is charged in addition to the original fee — see sections 3a and 3b of our Terms & Conditions.

Termination for abusive conduct

If we terminate an engagement under our respectful-conduct clause, all work delivered to that date remains payable and any refund of undelivered work is at our sole discretion.

Digital Bridge is based at Gorey Business Park, Gorey, Co. Wexford, and all our agreements are governed by Irish law with the Irish courts having jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
