Refund Policy

    Last updated: 18 May 2026

Because we deliver bespoke digital services, deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Milestone payments cover work already delivered. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled with notice but already-billed periods are not refunded. Refunds before project commencement are available in full.

    1. Deposits

Deposits secure your project slot and fund initial discovery, planning and design. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

    2. Cancellation before project commencement

If you cancel in writing before any work has started, your deposit is refundable in full minus any transaction fees already incurred.

    3. Milestone payments

Larger projects are billed in milestones. Each milestone covers a defined block of work. Once a milestone is delivered and accepted, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.

    4. Digital services policy

Under Irish and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital services typically does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent. By accepting our proposal you confirm this consent.

    5. Subscription cancellations

SEO retainers, hosting, maintenance and AI-agent subscriptions can be cancelled with the notice period stated in our Cancellation Policy. Payments already taken for the current billing period are not refundable.

    6. Partial refund conditions

In exceptional circumstances — for example if we are unable to deliver agreed scope — we may issue a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered work. This is assessed case by case.

    7. How to request a refund

Email info@digitalbridge.ie with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
