Contact Digital Bridge
Digital Bridge is an Irish web design, SEO and AI integration studio based at Gorey Business Park, Gorey, Co. Wexford, working with businesses in all 32 counties. Call 085 224 1848, email [email protected], or send a short brief using the enquiry form. Messages received before 5pm on a working day are answered the same day; weekend messages are answered on Monday morning.
A person reads your message the same day
Joey Bray reads every enquiry that reaches the Gorey studio — there is no call centre, no chatbot triage queue and no automated sales sequence. The first reply usually contains two or three questions that decide the price: how many pages the site needs, whether you already have written copy and photography, and what has to connect to what (bookings, payments, stock, CRM or accounts). Answering those three questions is normally the difference between a rough range and an exact figure.
You get a written scope and a fixed price within 48 hours
The quote is a short document that lists exactly what is being built, what is deliberately excluded, what we need from you, the delivery date and the total cost. The number at the bottom is the number you pay. If the job turns out to be smaller than it first looked, the price comes down rather than staying where it was. Brochure sites start at €1,200, Growth builds at €2,500, Authority builds at €4,250, ecommerce from €6,000, AI integration from €2,500 and SEO retainers from €650 per month.
Work starts on a 50% deposit and you own everything
Nothing begins until you approve the scope in writing. Standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% on launch; larger builds run 40/30/30 across kickoff, build and launch. The domain, the hosting account, the code and the content are registered in your name from day one, so you are never locked to us to make a change, move host or hire someone else later.
What should you put in the message?
In our experience the enquiries that get an accurate price first time are the short, specific ones: a sentence on what the business does, a sentence on what is broken or what you want to launch, and a rough deadline. If you already have a website, the address is the single most useful thing you can send — it lets us check hosting, page speed and the Google Business Profile before replying, so the first answer is based on your real setup rather than a guess. You do not need a spec, a wireframe or a budget figure.
If something is urgent, ring rather than email
A site that is down, a hacked WordPress install, a checkout taking no money or an email address delivering nowhere is treated as an incident, not an enquiry. Put the word urgent in the first line and call 085 224 1848. Emergency triage is handled ahead of new-project work, and the first action is always to stabilise and take a full backup before anyone edits a single file. Roughly one enquiry in ten is better served by fixing a Google Business Profile for free than by commissioning a new website, and we will say so plainly when that is the case.
