How much does AI for a small business cost?

AI integration starts from €2,500 for one job done well, such as automatic quote drafting or enquiry replies. We give you a fixed written price after a short conversation about how you work, and we tell you plainly if a simpler fix would do.

Why do you quote fixed prices instead of hourly rates?

Because you should know the cost before you commit. We agree the scope in writing, then the price and delivery date don't move unless you change the job.

How an AI project runs with Digital Bridge

We start by visiting or calling you to see how the work gets done today: where the phone calls, emails and spreadsheets pile up, and which jobs eat the most time. You then get a fixed written quote for the one or two changes that will save the most time. If automating something would not pay for itself, we say so.

We build it, test it with your real examples, and keep a person in charge of anything that matters. Everything runs on your own accounts, so you own it, and you get a short recorded walkthrough so your team can use it from day one.

Who Digital Bridge works with

Owners of small and medium Irish businesses — trades, clinics, shops, hospitality, printers, professional services and growing firms with a small team. The founder, Joey Bray, scopes and builds the work himself from Gorey Business Park, so you deal with the same person from the first call to launch.

Irish grant support for digital and AI projects

Several Irish supports can reduce the cost of this work, but eligibility is decided by the funding body and never by us. Digital for Business, delivered through the Local Enterprise Offices, is an advisory project that reviews existing systems and produces an implementation plan; completing it is a precondition for the Grow Digital voucher. Grow Digital then supports eligible small enterprises implementing qualifying off-the-shelf software, with approval required before any expenditure. Enterprise Ireland's digital discovery support can apply to feasibility work for eligible client companies.

Read the rules with the office that serves your area before you spend anything, and never treat an older article, a supplier claim or a previously approved voucher as proof that a current project qualifies. We will happily supply the quotes and scope documents an application needs, but we do not administer grants and we make no promise about the outcome of any application.
